Your items are designed in Australia and printed and made to order. The great thing about this is that there is no excess waste which means you are helping the environment. It does take time though so please allow up to 7 days for your beautiful product to be printed or hand sewn.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We design everything in Australia and your items are then made to order in Canada, US, Germany and Australia.
International orders take 10-30 business days but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs. Because of the Covid situation world wide, couriers and postal services are affected so everything seems to be taking longer than usual.
Please note shipping time is independent from production time.
Can I cancel my order?
When you place an order we hold it for 12 hours. After this it goes to the making process. Everything is made to order. Custom printed products are non refundable because they are made individually just for you. So please select carefully making sure you have the right design, the right colour, the right material and the correct size.
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
First of all, have you checked your tracking number? Make sure you check that out before contacting us, you may find your answer!
Tracking indicates my order was delivered, but it hasn’t been received.
Please verify that the address entered for the order is correct, and contact your local postal service as they may have additional delivery information available. The item may have been left for pick up at the post office.
Once the order has been transferred over to the shipping service it is their responsibility. Planet Wombat is not responsible for packages not received, that are marked as delivered at the address entered on the order.
Please note that we have manufacturers in Canada, America and Germany. We are the artists and designers and the products are made overseas. It takes up to a week to make your product and then we have standard shipping times. I'm not sure what it's like where you live but we are finding that in Australia it's all taking longer because of Covid, and because everyone has started shopping online. We are finding that it takes at least a week longer to receive a parcel at the moment.
What is your return policy?
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, Planet Wombat does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.
What are the Scarves Made of?
Made from pure silk and printed using permanent reactive inks which means they do not fade. The silk that is used for the scarves is called Habutai and it is very light at 8mm weight yet strong.
